Although the cassette player was brand new and costly, it didn't fend to me that value. I sent the cassette player back to your shop after having been assured by one of the assistants that I would be sent a refund.
However, I still have not received one. As a regular customer of yours, I feel disappointed with the way I have been treated and hope that steps will be taken to rectify the situation.

One of my friend's birthday is coming this weekend. I haven't been in her birthday last 2 years. So, if I don't go this time it would be so rude and impolite. Actually, she is the who has grown with me as a neighbour. She is turning 16 and this is big time of her life. This party going to be very fantastic. At the same time, my final exams are next week. I told my parents that I would study on holiday but they don't believe me. It would be great help if you could advice me. Waiting to hear from you.

Dear Jolie,

Thank you for your letter asking for my advice about what you should do now. I imagine how difficult would be hearing this kind of disagreeable news. I know you tried you best. But don't feel so awkward. You have a time to study again and prepare for this. You can study and work for one year on your own. I think, just studying and applying to university is not a big deal. You can study there whenever you want. Life's most enjoyable time is having freedom. Just one year, you can do everything that you want and you can prepare enough for A-level exam. Don't worry my friend, you will have plenty of degrees next time. I hope this will be of help and I believe in you.

"Asking for advice"

Dear grandmother,

I've got a problem and I need your advice. Mom and I still having some kind of disagreement. Every time I try to help her, she always defy me on everything. For example, last night she was sitting on the chair and I was watching movie. Suddenly, we remembered that we have forgotten the time to make the dinner. We started to prepare the dinner stuff. I peeled some vegetables, cut the meat and cook the rise for dinner. But mom got angry to me because she wanted soup. But I told her, we have just ate the soup yesterday and today I want different dinner. But she never agreed with me and made it on her own. I didn't really like and I didn't eat my dinner. This is the simple example of our disagreements. I don't know how to become one minded person with mom. Grandma please, help me. What do you think I should do to make mom on my side.

"Letter to my parents"

Dear mom and dad,

How are you? It's been for a while that we didn't see each other. I'm writing this to tell how I am here. Don't worry I'm having so much fun in here. The weather in here is warm and the sun is shining so beautiful each day. I've met a lot of people. We shared our cultures and tradition. I've learned so much new things that you can't imagine. The streets are in here is so crowded but every street has their own meaningful colors, signs and decorations. Last night, I saw the biggest beach I've ever seen. Me and my friends, we spent a time there to tan our body. The shopping in here is amazing. There are too many stuffs that you would want to buy. Today I went to some kind of dressy party. It was in the beach. Every person wore white dress. The white dress was the feature of that party. So far, the most exciting part of my holiday was meeting with so many different countries people and beach. Tomorrow, I am going to water park. I think this would be amazing.

"Letter to my friend"

Dear Emma,

 How are you? I hope you're fine as you always. I've got so much to tell you that I don't know where to begin! The surprise to me from my colleagues were incredible. Last Monday, I got a promotion. First, I tried to be decent but you know, who else can hold on their emotion. I told to my colleagues at the office that day. Then, I went to home. Next day morning, when I got the office I saw thousands of roses. The gifts on my desk were glittering. My colleagues were holding champagne and cake. I wish you were here with me and celebrated my promotion. That day was the big unforgettable memory to me. The most excited part of this was that I knew how much they love me as a friend and colleague of them.

"Report of the supermarket stealing event as a witness"

All my sweets had gone. I really wanted to eat sweet and went to supermarket nearby my home. I went to sweet thing section and started to look for chocolate first. There was too many choices to get and that made me to think for a while. At the same time I saw a little child who was standing at the icecream section. That child seemed poor to me because of the clothes that he wore. He glanced to me and went. I didn't really pay attention to him and continued to looking for chocolates. Suddenly, the cashier yelled loud that someone stolen the money from the money box while the cashier went to check the customer's request. No one, couldn't catch that boy and came back to the supermarket. Then, the supermarket closed the door and started to ask every of us who were here. They called to police to find the stealer. Once the policeman came and he asked us if someone saw that boy in very close distance to describe the boy. I told that I saw very close and they started to report me. The boy was 165 cm tall with and raggy black costume, he had a big dark blue hat with the words saying punk. This was the all I could remember and tell them.

"A Disastrous Evening"

Friday night, I got out of my work and hurried to my first date with a man who called Nick. It was 7 o'clock, the perfect time to have a dinner. When I entered the beautiful restaurant there was Nick waiting for me and waving to me. He was a gentleman from the beginning of our meeting. He seemed right for me. I've never meet  man such a polite, manner and  clever. The whole night was perfect but it began to seem odd. He ordered the bottle of wine and handed me glass. We talked and drank. Our conversation was getting more close. After two glass of wine Nick got drunk and it was unbelievable such a gentle man got drunk faster than me. He started to say innocent things and made my anger to grow. He yelled inside the restaurant and made some people to leave the restaurant. How ashame I thought and left him without any words. 

"The short story"

"Who can this man be?" Sheila wondered as she looked at the stranger standing at the front door. Her parents had gone on vacation to Texas. We was left home alone with her cats. It was a night. She didn't know what to do, open the door or just wait until the man pass their home. Sheila is fourteen years old girl who has a big sister. Her sister haven't come back home yet. The man started to ring a bell. She wasn't sure if the man was a good person or bad person. Sheila came close to the door and saw the man hiding herself in the corner. When she saw the man carefully, she noticed there was standing one of her neighbour asking for staying in  her home for a while until his family come home. Actually, he haven't had a key.

"It was only then that I realised they had mistaken me for someone else"

It was Monday, I got up little late than the normal time I always get up. First class was at the gym class. Once I got the school I hurried to the gym class. I saw that my classmates were running and met the teacher. He told me to change my close quickly. I went to changing room and changed my clothes very fast. Then I ran as my classmates. But I wasn't the last one person who late. There was girl who also hurried to the class and went to changing room. I was the only person who saw her was late. Finally, the gym class finished and we went to our next class. It was biology class. We started to do science projects. Emergently, my stomache hurt and I needed to go bathroom. When I got back to the class, all my classmates started to stare at me with meaningful eyes. It made me uncomfortable but I didn't know what to do. Actually, in that time I really wanted to go home. Their cold glaze and murmuring talk was horrible to me stand with them. But no one wanted to tell me what was really going on there. After all this, school's last lesson bell rang I got up qickly and left the school. Next day, I didn't to go to school because of my classmates impolite attitude. But I thought, If I don't go to school I would be get in awkward situation. So, I decided to go. Once I got to school, my classmates started to apologize to me. It felt really weird to me and I asked them what happened. Julie's mobile phone was missing yesterday and they thought it was me who stolen that phone. But they found the real stealer after I left the school. It was only then that I realised they had mistaken me for someone else

"The Visitors"

An email from friend, Jessie-wanted to stay with me "for two days". I remembered that I haven't seen her after our college graduation. So, this was pretty nice idea to spend a time with her. Next day, the doorbell rang-Jessie with her two sisters. It was surprising because I didn't expect her sisters would come with her. "But it is fine" I thought, maybe four of us girls will have fun together. First night, I slept on the floor in my living room and Jessie slept in my room on my cozy bed. I made the girls to sleep in my living room's big sofa. But they never slept even one hour from midnight to 6 at the morning. I couldn't really sleep because of the girls. I had to go my work and left them in home. Once I finished my work and came to home there was no one. I saw my home was fully cleaned. It made me just relax on my bed. I slept on my bed without any time to stand. When I woke up, I heard there was voice of my friend and her sisters. I rushed to downstairs and saw there was delicious food waiting for me. They invited me to join them and had wonderful evening dinner with. Next day was Saturday, I was free of work and I invited the girls to go to shopping, amusement park and have a dinner out. We spent really fun time together. Finally, we spent two days and that was the time to leave my home. I kissed and hugged all of them and waved goodbye.

"The Haunted House"

My name is Sofia. I lived in the most beautiful street in my hometown for two years until last autumn. When I moved to that house I thought this is the only one house that I wanted but I was wrong. Last autumn, me and my friends went to trick-or-treating and knocked every single our neighbour house. During our walking, we met some kind of horror. When we were walking from Mr.Jones's house to Mr.Killgore's house we saw a cat with big green eyes just wailing to us. That cat freaked us just from Mr.Killgore's house door. We shocked and couldn't really move our feet to that house and we thought not going there would be stupid thing 'cause of just a cat. So, we went to there and just before knocking that the door opened in front of us without anyone. It was odd thing we had ever seen. We stood there for a while and decided to go inside. When we entered to home the house door banged right behind us. One of my friend really scared of that and rushed far away from the house. The rest of us really interested to see what would happen the next and we started to go upstairs. Mr.Killgore's home is really nice inside 'cause there were tons of candles  lightning. This was really beautiful to see. In every single door step beside there were candles and the smell of it was fragrant. But suddenly lights of candles started to flicker. All of us cried and yelled of fair. At the same time, someone started to hiss we asked to each other who is that? But none of us was coming this sound. God, our heart beats started to beat more and more faster. We had no idea where to go 'cause of the darkness and we all decided to just sit where we were standing. Suddenly, the house big eletric light started to light. We all run out of that house as fast as we could and never went back nearby Mr.Killgore's house. Practically, we never seen Mr and Mrs.Killgore before. We just heard there is a family named Killgore. After this event, I told to my family and convinced them to move to other place as soon as we could. Now, I think this was the most scariest time of my life and I really think that the house was haunted house.

James's desrtroyed life story

James couldn't believe his eyes. He checked the figures again, hoping he had made a mistake. £20.000 in debt! What could he do? He just remembered what he had done friday night. James was about to finish his job at work. Suddenly, some friends of him called and his face turned into a wide smile with a bright eyes. He got up of his seat and finished job immediately. Right after 15 minutes he met his friends at the most crowded place in the city where people can play casino games and chill out in some places with friends or family. Once they met James suggested to his friends to play in casino first. Beginning of playing machine games, they had a some winning. Two hours later, James got bored of machine games. At the same time he wanted to go out and seat in some relaxing pub. They talked, smoked, laughed and had very fun time together. Then, they went to home. Suddenly, the new friend who is no longer than few months known, he asked James to borrow his  card. James wondered what he ig going to do. The friend said: "I don't have enough money to play in casino. You know, I love to play. Man, understand me, please. I will pay you back soon". James trusted him and give him his own card. Next day, he found out that the friend who borrowed money he lost too much money and James's card was empty and even he in debt. After this shocking situation, he never found the friend who borrowed his money. James mortgaged his home for £15000 at the bank. But he couldn't find last £5000. Early one morning, three months later, he out of work and bankrupt, Joe left his flat carrying a black case. He made his wayto the local underground station, found a sheltered spot and laid a hat on the ground. He then took his shiny saxosphone out of its case and began to play.

My own typical dish

You will need meat, onion, carrot, cabbage, potato, rice, salt and dressing.
First, make sure all your vegetables are chopped. Onion, carrot and cabbage should chopped in thiny slices and potato can be chopped in small rectangular form. About the meat chop whatever sizes you want. Theb, put the oil in fire-pan until it rustles. Start to fry onions and cook rice at the same time in high temperature. When the onions get a bit fried, put the carrots. Check the rice, if it begins to boil. If the rice is boiling, turn the temperature little a bit lower. After a few minutes, drag the meat with rated salt  and dressing into onion and carrots. When the meat is entirely fried not the dead, beat the cabbage with an one glass water into because cabbage boils more longer than potato. While you simmering cabbage, turn the rice temperature more lower. Wait for 10 to 15 minutes until rice is ready. Then turn the temperature of rice and leave it for while. Once you finish with your rice, check the cabbage if there is still water and put the potato. Wait for it from 15 to 20 minutes and it is ready. Drag the rice and food together then have a nice meat.

Important festival in my country

One of the most important festival in Mongolia is Naadam. Naadam contines three days in July which are from 10 to 12th.  It is the highlight of tourist season. There are three big competitions which are horse racing, archery and wrestling. It is called all together "Eriin gurvan naadam". Competitions continue 1st and 2nd days. 1st day starts about at 9 and the colorful ceremony begins outside the State Parliament House at Sukhbaatar Square. Hundreds of soldiers play music with instruments. Archery is a sport about shooting the target. If someone shoots right in the middle of target that means he or she will get hight score and win. The horse racing is most viewing sport that archery. The busiest time of horse racing is final day. There is so crowded in 2nd day and other days too. These two sports tickets are free for Mongolians but it cost for the foreigners $12 for the opening and $8 for the closing. Wrestling is long timed and requires a lot of forcing sport. After the wrestling there is also big ceremony in centre stadium which is announcing that naadam was great and competitions are finished. You'll see Chinggis khaan's soldiers whose are riding beautiful white horses. During the festival days there sell out our traditional food "khuushuur". Khuushuur sell out so fast and the cost increases two times more than the current cost. The 3rd day, people mostly go out of city and have fun times with their family or friends. This is the most exciting and fun festival with a beautiful things that you can see in mean time.

Education is the single most important factor in the development of a country. Do you agree?

There are too many factor that influence in the development of a country. But I think all those belong with education.. Nowadays education became the most important factor and everything became more curious. So there needs professional trained staff. Most countries are getting bigger and more wonderfully increasing. But not every country. The reason why those countries are not increasing is all about their workforce's skillful activities. Let's say, if there is a director who has not any educational skill, he can't manage his company or work. And the company will bankrupted. Well, actually no one would nominate unskillful director to manage them. Because everyone wants to have successful job and good ability of life. In my country, education is the most important. People are getting more lazy day by day. Because of that my country is not developing even we are between two big developed country.

How should we say it " Isn't it Rudeness or just forgot" ?

There is one big idol which all Mongolians love him so much. He is really lovable as his big heart and such a jentleman that all woman love. Also he is very artistic who sent to us by God's wish. We always watch every single movie that he plays. Until today, we didn't know when would we meet him in real life. But today was a bid day for all Mongolians. We had a chance to meet him in our country. It was Jackie Chan who just came today to greet all his Mongolian fans. Right before noon, he landed in "Chinggis Khaan" airport. There were waiting tons of fans with super excitement. But their expectation wasn't really enough. Once Jackie Chan came out of airport's vip lounge door he didn't have time to greet all his fans who were waiting there. The security was very alert of Jackie's safety. So, we can say that's why security went fast through to the car which made him to Bayangol hotel. Because of this, a lot of fans left with broken hearted. However they left with broken hearted, that was not the worse event of this arrival. Security left the guest at the airport without any consideration who came with Jackie. While a break of Jackie at Bayangol hotel, security noticed that they left the guest. And they went back to get them. Of course they have to be alert of world's big star safety, but leaving his followers isn't it rudeness or they just forgot because of crowded and yelling was shocking?

Die or live ?

There is a new quote in Mongolia which says 'BE CAREFUL in KOREA'. This horrible news got a big sensation just after Malaysian incident. Mongolian woman became target of murder. Some Mongolian woman who lives in Korea said about this situation: This is just disastrous. How could murder a woman so kindless and put her body naked in tree?! Even we can't recognise her face. I am so afraid. Nowadays, it is really hard to live in here. When we go out, we shouldn't do make up or argue with someone man. 'Cause, if you argue or do make up they wouldn't let you go and they would do whatever they want.'
Hearing of this woman's fear got me some kind of thoughts. Does Mongolian woman should marry foreigners? Can't they just live and work here and even marry some kind of Mongolian man? After all of this situation there is going to be only one question DIE or LIVE?

Do you really want to work at "Oyu-Tolgoi" ???

Everyone knows that "Oyu-Tolgoi" is main prosperity of Mongolia. Because of that everyone is willing to work there. But "Oyu-Tolgoi" requires higher-educational employees. Nowadays, we have a lot of trained staff. But that still not enough for "Oyu-Tolgoi". So, the reason people why can't work there is they requires excellent English. That is the problem that people can't work there. We all know that Mongolian people can learn everything. But we are all little a bit lazy to learn foreign language.Now I really agree that English is totally world language. Beginning of this, if you really want to work at "Oyu-Tolgoi", you should learn English for professional. Challenge yourself and live wealthy!!!

“Breeding of goat”

Last few years, Mongolia became very dry and arid. A lot of people were worrying about this. And few months ago, people found out that becoming into that disaster was all about breeding of goat. People became to breed their goat more and more than before. This news was very weird for a lot of people. As I heard, the breeding of goat is turning into desert aridness. But people still don’t care about this disaster. And now, we know that behind this disaster was China. They buy the cashmere of goat from us. Even they pay so much to Mongolian people. Because of this payment Mongolian people love to breed their goat. This seems really ridiculous to me to losing the beauty of my country. But there is no way to stop them. Even our government isn’t working so much about this affair. In the end, I think this is one kind of strategy of China to ruin our country. Poor my country !!!
